Payment Terms and Cancellations - Prepayment of 50% is required at time of reservation with the balance due a minimum of 30 days in advance of stay. Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice will receive a 50% refund and reservations cancelled with less than 15 days notice are not eligible for refund.
Cleaning and Maintenance - Salty Vons Waterfront Inn adds a cleaning fee per stay for the cost of routine cleaning and maintenance. This is a pass-through expense to our local housekeeping service. The fee is $125 for the Studio, $150 for the Lower Waterfront Suite and $175 for the Upper Waterfront Suite. Customers will be notified of any extraordinary repairs and cleaning that will be charged to customer's credit card.
Smoking and Vaping - Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property.
Pets - While pets are not allowed at the Inn, we highly recommend planning a vacation for your dog at Rover Come Over Doggie Resort during your stay. It is where our Golden Retriever vacations and she loves it! Rover Come Over is kennel-less dog boarding located about 5 miles from the Inn.
