Sea Bre’s Yarn is moving back into the restored storefront in November. Sea Bre’s Yarn is exactly the kind of store envisioned for the District. It is a big draw for tourists and has been sorely missed during the restoration.
The rest of the building will be home to Salty Vons Waterfront Inn which will have 4 units if/when the ADA unit is approved. See Support ADA Unit tab.
All units will have access to the garden deck on Penn Cove and, in addition, the three waterfront apartments will have their own private decks. All units have views of the Coupeville Wharf, Penn Cove and the Inn’s garden. The upper and lower apartments will each have two bedrooms and the street level, ADA accessible unit, will have one bedroom. The three waterfront units will have propane fireplaces. All units will have fully appointed chef’s kitchens with quartz countertops and custom cabinetry. Baths will have tiled showers and floors and all units will have washers and dryers. All units except the lower unit will will have hardwood floors throughout. The lower unit will have tiled floors.
